About Me
My name is Harlan Dannenberg. I'm a mechanical engineer from Cincinnati, OH, with a B.S.E from the University of Michigan. While at UM in Ann Arbor, I also received a minor in multidisciplinary design from my dedicated efforts on our UM Hybrid Racing SAE team. I currently live in San Francisco, CA, and love running, photography, traveling to new cities, audio equipment, 3D printing, and building my own designs!

My site is set up to be digested even on limited time - you can read the first paragraph, look at the photos, and the key takeaways of each project to get the overall gist. It is organized chronologically from the most recent, to the oldest, relevant work. This is with the exception of my creative projects, which I have been doing throughout my career. For each challenge, I dive into the details of my thought process, and how I go from requirements, to sketches, to prototypes, to refinement, through execution. If there is any additional information you'd like, please reach out; I'd love to chat!
Thank you for taking the time to view my portfolio.
