In a partnership with Tumi, we created a new line of Fall 2019 phone cases. The fabric cases were a huge innovation for Speck, as it was the thinnest case we've ever created, the first time we seamlessly wrapped a case, and our first time using PC buttons in production. We custom developed the PU ballistic nylon, and worked closely with leather vendors to pick the best natural, genuine top-grain leather with a water-resistant coating. The buttons and camera ring were PVD coated and the rose gold was expertly color-matched to the corresponding foil heat stamp. The product underwent extensive reliability testing to ensure robust bonds over the lifetime of the product, and coating longevity.

Our adaptation of the world famous Tumi 19 Degree suitcase came in two colors, with optional seasonal colors. The black case was coated with Speck's proprietary soft-touch coating. The dual-layer design is based on the Speck Candyshell overmolded platform, offering exceptional durability, phone fit, and button feedback.
